COVID-19 Update for Classes

To all of our valued class participants,

 

We understand that this is a time of confusion in regards to COVID-19. The care, health and safety of our patients and team members is the most important thing to us and as a result we have put in place some additional processes and procedures with respect to cleanliness and hygiene during this time.

 

As of this week, the following will be implemented:

  • On arrival and departure we ask that you please use the hand sanitiser provided at the front counter to clean your hands
  • Socks must be worn in class. We find that Pilates socks are best in this situation as they do offer grip and will allow you to better perform your exercise. We are currently offering a discount on our Pilates socks so please ask one of our friendly receptionists for assistance if you would like to purchase some
  • Everyone is to bring their own towel to be placed over their mat
  • If you wish to bring your own mat, you are more than welcome to 
  • At the end of the class, everyone will be asked to clean their mat thoroughly with single use Clinell wipes that will be provided. An additional wipe will be provided to wipe down any equipment used
  • We will be limiting any equipment used during class as best as possible, but still ensuring that you get the most out of your class 
We ask that if you have a cold or have been in contact with someone that is being screened for COVID-19 or has COVID-19, that you please let us know and cancel your attendance to class.

The offered class times are the same throughout the year, and don't change between terms unless otherwise stated.

Location

All classes will be held at the Sydney Women’s Physiotherapy clinic located at Suite 106b Q Central, 10 Norbrik Drive, Bella Vista NSW 2153.

Prices

Our small group classes have a maximum of 5 participants to allow close supervision by your physiotherapist.

 

• $35/class for Strengthen & Rebuild 

• $35/class for Unwind & Restore

• $35/class for Pre-Natal Exercise

• $40/class for Mums & Bubs

 

Classes run on a School Term basis (8-10 weeks) and you will pre-pay for the full term.

 

Please check with your health fund for rebate eligibility prior to commencing classes.

 

What to Bring

  • Wear comfortable exercise gear e.g. singlet or T-shirt, tights, socks and running shoes or Pilates socks.
  • Bottle of water
  • Towel
  • Mats are provided
