Due to the ever evolving information that we are gathering about the Coronavirus, we have decided to take a number of steps to further ensure the health and well-being of everyone that walks into our clinic. Telehealth consultations are available to patients who are unwell, have compromised immunity or unable to attend their usual consultation in clinic.
They are an alternative to face to face consultations and are available for both initial and follow ups, including our pelvic floor and continence consultations, musculoskeletal consultations and abdominal separation consultations.

Important: If you are attending a telehealth consultation for an initial pelvic floor assessment, no internal vaginal examination will be performed. However, we will be taking a thorough subjective assessment (determining your signs and symptoms) and then will provide you with as much information as possible to conservatively manage your condition.
Expectations of the patient during a telehealth consult:
We ask that you please book your consult in advance by calling one of our friendly reception staff. Our physiotherapists will continue to work their usual hours.
